MERLIN COURT APARTMENTS- TECUMSEH, NE 68450

//All apartments are electric, with central heat and a/c, furnished with stove, dishwasher, microwave and refridgerator. The 1 bedroom apartments have a seperate laundry room that accomodates a full size washer and dryer. Two bedroom apartments have a space for a stackable washer/dryer. A laundrymat is one block away. Bathrooms have tub shower combinations, some apartments have all carpet, some all wood lamiate and some have laminate in living rooms and hallways, carpet in the bedrooms. 

 

We are close to schools, hospitals and the state prison. Small pets are allowed for an additional $100 deposit. Tenants pay the electric, cable and internet. Sewer Water and trash are provided. There is offstreet parking for tenants. The apartment are all non-smoking.
